Both browsing the website www.en.microcontrole.pt, www.microcontrole.pt  or www.microcontrole.es, as well as the purchase of any product in these online spaces presupposes acceptance of the present General Conditions of Use and Online Sale contained in this page.
The online sale is only valid and applicable to the territories of Continental Portugal, Azores and Madeira Islands.

micro controle – automação electrónica lda takes into account the information on the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions and photographs that illustrate the products marketed, in strict respect to the best standards in the market.

Price Information:

The retail prices indicated at www.en.microcontrole.pt, www .microcontrole.pt and www.en.microcontrole.es, are presented in euros.

Shipping:

micro controle – automação electrónica lda only ships to Continental Portugal and its respective autonomous regions (Madeira and Azores).
The costs of the shipping service are borne by the buyer and add to the total value of the selected products. The platform calculates automatically according to the postal code and the weight of the order, presenting the final value before the buyer confirms the purchase.
Orders will be shipped via carrier. The delivery will take place until the day after the purchase, as long as the product is in stock and with the exception of the transfer mode, the latter will occur once the payment has been confirmed. If the selected item is not immediately available, delivery may take place within 2 to 3 business days. If it is expected that this waiting time has to be exceeded, it will be contacted by Micro Control.

Payment:

The payment arrangements are as follows:
– ATM (only available to Portuguese bank customers);
– Paypal (with credit card option in case you do not have a Paypal account);
In the options of ATM and Paypal the sending is realized after verification of good collection.

Invoices:

The receipt and invoice will be issued after payment has been made. These documents will be sent in electronic format via email, and later included in the packaging of the goods to be dispatched.

Returns:

Refunds will be accepted up to a maximum of 14 days, provided that Micro Control authorizes in writing, and cumulatively the merchandise has not been used, and is intact in the original packaging. For this purpose, you should contact us by email info@microcontrole.pt, send us the order identification number, IBAN (NIB) and also tell us the reason for the return. Payment of the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Law and Forum:

The present general conditions are governed by the Portuguese Law.
All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Agreement shall be settled by the District Court of Cascais, with express waiver of any other dispute.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Body – RAL
